This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be granted for our digital marketing, web development, and related services.

1. Service-Based Nature

Nurotech provides digital marketing and IT solutions. Unlike physical products, our services are delivered through strategic planning, execution, and time-based efforts. Therefore, once services are initiated, refunds may not always be possible.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Once our team has started working on your project, cancellation will not be possible.

• Ongoing Monthly Services:
  • These services are billed on a task/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • To cancel, clients must provide at least 15 days prior written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Services:
  Payments made for our services are non-refundable due to the nature of the work and third-party costs involved.
• Development & Design Projects:
  • If cancellation is requested before the project kickoff, a full refund might be issued.
  • If the project is already in progress, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and resources allocated up to the date of cancellation.
  • Once a project has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be provided.

4. Delivery Timeline & Delays

• Nurotech commits to agreed timelines; however, delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or required inputs will not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be raised in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of service delivery. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and amicably.

6. Changes to This Policy

Nurotech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately.
